The Quintet choir

The Quintet Choir is the combined forces of everyone who enjoys singing from our parish, other churches in our Benefice – Westoning and Tingrith – and from St. George’s Toddington and All Saints Chalgrave. The choir sings on special occasions, such as Christmas, Holy Week, Harvest and Remembrance.

Plans for Christmas

There will be rehearsals (largely at St Mary’s, Harlington) on the evenings of:

• Thursday 7th November
• Thursday 14th November
• Thursday 21st November
• Thursday 28th November
• Thursday 12th December

The Christmas services where the choir will sing will be:

Wednesday 18th December: Toddington Lessons and Carols (7.30pm start)

Friday 20th December: Harlington Lessons and Carols (7.30pm start)

Saturday 21st December: Chalgrave Carols by Candlelight (6pm start)

Sunday 22nd December: Westoning Carol Service (7.30pm start)

I do hope you will be able to join us for some or all of the above!

Obviously, that is quite an intense ‘tour’ and – as always – it is just a case of doing what you would like to do. There is no pressure and I will try to make it all as enjoyable as possible.
